Application Area of Laser Cutting
1. Metal plates, which is not suitable for mould, or have complicated profiles
can apply for laser cutting. Cutting thickness: mild steel with less than 12mm,
stainless steel with less than 6mm.
2. Stainless steel for decoration, advertisement or service industry (thickness
is 3mm) or signs or fronts in non-metal material (thickness is 20mm).
Advantages of Laser Cutting
Cutting thin plates(0-3mm Carbon Steel)
1. Fast Speed: (2000W fiber 1mm speed of 25m/min);
2. High qualified cutting result;
3. High precision (product ≤ 10si, sample ≤ 5si)
4. Good piercing (plate with 1mm, no piercing point, no piercing time)
5. Small kerf (plate with 3mm, compensation of 0.18mm)
Cutting Thick Plates (3.0mm~6.0mm Carbon Steel)
1. Good cutting effect (Vertical)
2. High-qualified hole (small piercing point; small kerf. For 5mm plates, kerf value
is around 0.27mm)
3. High speed (2000W 5mm Speed: 2700mm/min).
